NAB 2013 Recap: The Ten Coolest Products at the Show
Every year, the biggest manufacturers in the industry come out to the NAB Show to showcase their hottest new products and start a buzz for video professionals and enthusiasts alike. This year was no exception as NAB 2013 brought a host of new products onto the market that you’ll need to stay ahead of the curve this year.

Schneider Cine-Xenar III Lenses

Atomos Ninja2 Recorder
The Atomos is a huge step forward from the original Ninja Recorder. The Ninja2 is a 10-bit 4:2:2 field monitor/recorder that allows for recording in Apple ProRes Quality directly onto SSD or HDD Drives. It comes with AtomOS 3, an OS that includes features you only see in far more expensive monitor/recorders that normally cost ten times as much. The Atomos Ninja2 cannot be beat for both quality and affordability.

Arri LMB-6 Matte Box

Benro A48FBS4 Monopod

The new Canon XA20 and XA25 HD Camcorders are compact, “run-and-gun” HD camcorders packed with features to meet the needs of the most demanding user. Zeiss 28-80 and 70-200 Lenses
Carl Zeiss delivers a compact lens that finally gives DSLR users the features and capabilities of larger Cinelenses. Despite their use for cameras with smaller form factors, these lenses provide users with powerful features including color matching and 4K Compatibility. Due to their compact form factor, these lenses are great for use in tight spaces and ideal for Steadicam operators.
